Comic: Funemployment
I’m not saying I don’t ever want to work again, I’m just saying that I won’t be devastated if you told me that this is all I am going to do with myself for the rest of my life.
Another thing I was able to try out in my current state – hand-lettering this thing! Because before, I kid you not, I was too tired to even write! With my own hand!
Also I thought it would look cool and… cosy? And a tribute to my journal, so style-wise this is a combo of Doodle Diary and my regular comic work.
Other things I can add to this list:
Hike through a forest my government is threatening to clear to make way for more flats and concrete bullshit no one asked for
Take my hibiscus down for a sun bath because it’s not getting any light on my gloomy ass balcony
Swim on Mondays afternoons, just before the schools let out the screaming kids who splash everywhere like their lives depend on it
Conduct archaeological digs in my room and Marie Kondo the unnecessary clutter from my life
Take an hour to wash and dry my hair, then another hour to curl it
Make more content for this blog
Commit to a good TV show
